Mapstell is the inventor of this on DISC-based training method. Respondents answer questions and set their preferences which reveals their behavioral styles. The chosen metaphor is a world map which contains about 1000 villages, cities and areas such as Resourceful, Decisive or Rock-solid, in the World of Difference.

Mapstell now supplies this method to around 200 trainers and there are more than 500,000 users of the application.

We have come up to split up the B2B and B2C users within Mapstell. While many B2B trainers use the application, the consumer version goes viral on Facebook.

This is the design of the result page where you can play your movie. In the personalized webshop you order your map and attributes where your card is printed on, such as t-shirts, mugs, key rings, etc.

On the result page, an upsell is also possible from Basic to Plus to Personal. This way you will learn more and more about your behavioral style in relation to others.

The stake of the B2C version was: share on Facebook. You fill in the questions, you put yourself on the map and are able to see your result video that tells you all about your behavioral style. Then you can invite your Facebook friends to join you on your map.

Without the use of any marketing budget, many people come in contact with the brand. What is actually a B2B company, generates a flow of an enormous amount of consumer users. These are also people who work at a large company and maybe future trainers. There are now more than 500,000 users.

The online backend of Mapstell automates and enables affiliated trainers to manage their own respondents. Trainers can do more themselves and the Mapstell team no longer have to worry about repeated tasks. The dashboard also works as a wallet for its own currency: the Mapcoin. The 200 connected trainers can share knowledge via the forum and sell their services via the expertise shop. Last but not least, all communication with respondents via e-mail, for example, is personalized and automated.
